At Becoming Well, we support individuals and couples (hereafter referred to as Clients) who require help with intimacy disorders. Our infidelity recovery program also helps Clients who want to heal from the trauma and betrayal of infidelity issues such as pornography, sex and intimacy addictions.
However, the services, e-books, and resources available via our website (hereafter referred to as the Site) are not designed to replace medical advice, mental health therapy and/or professional coaching. For clinical and mental/emotional health concerns, we urge you to seek professional help from the appropriate quarters.
Becoming Well (hereafter referred to as the Company), located at 55 Rojo Dr, Sedona, AZ 86351, offers reflective, interactive and confidential support (hereafter referred to as Service) to help its Clients overcome relational trauma and brokenness and help them navigate a new path in their lives and relationships.
This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as T&C) guarding the subscription, interaction with and use of the Company’s product and service offerings.
The Company reserves the right to change parts of this T&C at any time, with or without notice. Please check the Company Site, www.mybecomingwell.com periodically for any changes.
Kindly read this T&C carefully before using this Site, registering for, or subscribing to the Service. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by the T&C therein. If you do not agree with all of these T&C, you are prohibited from using the Site and Service.
Conduct
By using the Site and Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will only use the Service in a manner consistent with this T&C and any and all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
- You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country which the United States has sanctioned.
- Registering for, and the use of, the Service is void where prohibited. Prohibition of the category of Service in your jurisdiction/state implies that you may not use the Service.
Age Limit Restrictions
Clients must be at least 18 years old to become a Registered User and to use the Service.
By using or registering for the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years old. The Company’s Service is not intended to address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the event that we discover an individual under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our database. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us via info@mendinfidelity.com so that we can take immediate necessary actions.

Payments and processing
Payments shall be made prior to the rendering of the Service. Payments are to be made in single transactions. Multiple transactions shall only be permitted following express approval from the Company. Please contact us via info@mendinfidelity.com.
Your credit card details and information are securely transferred and hosted by the payment gateways we use, namely Google Pay and credit card payments. We do not store your credit card details. Your payment information is not accessible to the Company.
Discrimination
You will not make any comments that are obscene, vulgar, hateful, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, that violate any law or discriminate against members of any race, religion, gender or ability status.
Proprietary Rights
- All information and personally identifiable information you may come in contact with through the use of the Site or Service is strictly confidential and thus cannot be shared, recorded, distributed or divulged in any manner to any third party. This includes but is not limited to online group forums, workshops, workgroups, private messages, and conference calls.
- You acknowledge that you will not post, copy, modify, revise, transmit, disclose, extract, publicize, create any derivative works from, distribute or reproduce in any way any all copyrighted material, trademarks, co-Clients responses and details or other proprietary information accessible via the Site or Service.
- You hereby acknowledge and agree that the following constitutes the Company’s highly valuable proprietary information, including but not limited to:
- Workshops
- Workgroups
- In-Person Intensives
- Intensives on Demand
- Books
- Disclosure Package
- Articles, videos, graphics, audio or other content provided to you by or on behalf of the Company or the Service.
Consumer Protection
- You agree that you will promptly report to the Company any violation of the terms of this T&C by other Clients or Site users by using the medium of email via info@mendinfidelity.com.
- The Company reserves the right but has no obligation, to monitor the information you submit online relating to the Service.
- The Company reserves the right to remove any such information or material that it believes, in its sole discretion, violates, or may violate, any applicable law.
- We cannot ensure that all Clients will comply with the T&Cs provided herein. Therefore, the Company shall not be held liable for all risk of harm or injury resulting from a lack of compliance on someone else’s part.
- In the event of legal action arising from any message posted by the Client, the Company reserves the right to reveal your identity and other information deemed relevant to the legal activity.
